Shipping Policy

Most items are shipped from our location with the exception of some products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  

US shipping:

Shipping rates is fixed at 4.99 USD by USPS First Class Package.

Depending on the type of items, production normally takes 3-6 business days. Following that, delivery could occur in 7–15 business days. Please be advised that this is only an estimate.

International shipping:

Shipping rates is fixed at 10.99 USD.

Depending on the type of items, production normally takes 3-6 business days. Following that, delivery could occur in 7–15 business days. Please be advised that this is only an estimate.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

All fees imposed during or after shipping (customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.  

Order Cancellations:

We cannot accommodate order cancellations or changes to your order once it is shipped.  However, you are able to return the item to us according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7 – 12 days (Tuesday to Saturday). The order cut-off time will be 06:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is  3 – 5 business days (Monday to Saturday).
